Why is it so difficult to claim monies that are due to you??? this has been the yet another visit to the UIF Claims dept that has been a total waste of time!!! either these people don't know what they are doing - or they just don' want to pay out... but every time its been a different story of documents missing for the application to be successful. We go in to make the application and some form or other is either incorrectly filled in or not there- so frustrating and scary that people are left to go hungry because of a form that is not filled in properly!!! is it impossible to get a list of what is required so it can be sorted once and for all - we have been trying for 6 months now!!!
