I was so excited when it was announced that we would be able to trade online from the 25th November, so i filled my application form and sent it through with all the required supporting documents weeks before trading opened. I'm disappointed with the way MTN has dealt with my application, i have not received any form of communication besides the auto reply email, i called the call centre and was not assisted and send the documents again still no response. Will i ever get registered. Disappointed
