Horrible attitude

The black front desc ladies at steve biko on level 9 ward 8.9 are very unproffessional and terribly rude, I have never in my life had such a bad experience, my wife might be going into labour and they sitting in a group of atleast 5 listening to music on their cellphones, almost ignoring us!! we all pay our taxes wich pays their salary, why should I get such service???
