Licensing Department
The department is very quiet as it isbut they lazy

My fiancee is visiting his family in Springs and thought that he will just kill 2 birds with one stone by going for testing for his license there as he just got his leaner's and to my surprise they told him they not taking people anymore and they were literally 3 people waiting for a very long time when they decided to tell them that at 14h00

Isn't the Department supposed to be open until 16h00 and if they not taking people at 14h00 what are they doing there till 16h00 or whatever time they supposed to be closing
Somebody needs to keep an eye on these people really

they getting paid for nothing

I am paying more than R600 for tax every month to pay people for sitting a chatting the whole day
