Terrible service once again!!!

On saturday the 14/09/2013, i went to krugersdorp testing station to book for my learners license, i arrived at the krugersdorp testing station at around 7:10am, i was fourth in the line and waited until 8:15am when someone finally decided to start attending to the people who had come to book, when it was finally my turn to book, after waiting for almost an hour and half the clerk tells me " we dont do learners bookings on a saturday"!! When i asked why there wasnt a sign that said that they dont do learners bookings on a saturday she told me " well you should have asked", how can i ask when all the people at the station just ignore you when you want to speak to them or get information sick and tired of this lazy attitude towards consumers!! whenever you try to call the station on the number provided by the traffic department there is NEVER an answer!!! Despicable service once again!!!
