Compensation Commissioner
NO ASSISTANCE!!!

I have received no assistance with Statements of Accounts from the call center for the last three months. They tell you they will send it and it never happens, which means I have to phone back hoping someone answers the phone because the call center national number never works. How is this possible it can't be that hard to tell me what someone owes you?
