Very bad attitude of Mike Scoenfeldt

Good day, I received a summons icw an accident that I was involved with. I was under the impression my insurance has sorted this out as I received no complaint or request in the past year from the other party involved. This morning my office reception contacted me and said that I have a delivery. I was in a meeting at that stage and informed them as such. Next moment I receive a message on my phone saying that if I do not come down this Mike guy will phone my line manager to come and collect, I went down as I did not know what this was about. I said to the guy what is this about and I do not appreciate this threat of phoning my line manger, he did NOT make an appointment with me or nothing, next moment he started screaming at me that we Sasol people think we are so important with our meetings and we are nothing, we are not important etc in front of the whole security and so forth his attitude was so rude I felt like a criminal for no reason and I think that attitude like this is unacceptable as not all people are guilty that receives a summon please note my very very dissatisfaction with this service
