Jhb water the most unhelpful and rude call centre

I called jhb water to report no water in chartwell the first person I spoke to at 4.20 on sunday kgomutso actually told me to move my mouth from the phone!! then hung up!! the next person I spoke to tachapelo refused to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to give me an email address to email my complaint - he told me to look it up myself on jhb water or call the main number - this standard of service is shocking and the call centre and the jhb water need to remember they are a public service and their salary is paid by the general public - totally shocking service and attitude
