Unpaid refund

I requested and did all the admin for my refund from COJ? Everything was completed on 4 Marcj and i was advised that my money would be paid into my bank account in 5 working days. To date I still have not received my refund.

I contacted the call centre, and was told the notes on the system say my, oney was paid on 9 APril, which os untrue!

I also then tried to follow up with COJ on Twitter since 21 May. I was told i would have a response within 48 hoursbut till today my query has not been resolved and I still have not been paid my money!
