I wish to thank Professor Sarkin, Dr Naran and Dr Matiari by name for helping me, at first I was under the impression that I was merely a number in a bed, but later realized that they were being thorough and not jumping to conclusions although at times I felt completely left out of my own illness, everything went well and their honesty in not performing a bypass for the risks involved which I presume may have been performed had I been done in the private sector. I retract all comments I made about this team and want to thank them once again as well as the staff in ward 9.1 with the odd exception they were pleasant and accommodating attending to the slightest pains and complaints and there was always a pleasant atmosphere in the ward, there are other drs that were also very helpful but too numerous to mention. to the whole cardiology team and Prof Du Plessis I and my family thank you. I was in a very deep slump when everything started going wrong health and work wise and I don't think I would have been around today if I had not ended up in your capable care.
