City Of Johannesburg Municipality
USELESS MUNICIPALITY!!

I have been trying to sort out my my lights and water bills for the past year..not only do I get wrongly charged, but I do not receive my bills every month. Tried calling the customer care line of City of JHB... But OFCOURSE these people are as useless as this municipality... I cannot believe we are run by a bunch of who don't even know a physical address to where I can personally go and sort this out... every number that I call is either engaged or just cuts after some time. I have been given countless reference numbers... I am so frustrated at this point, but then again I expect this from this pathetic Govt.
