Waiting for payment

My boyfriend received a friend from one of his friends at 07:00 to ask for him to organise a transport for him, he did taking my brother who drives BMW 318.i series to Pick his people from the Cape Town Airport take them to the Garden Court Hotel, and he would put directly put the money into his capitec branch. He went the people he was picking up said they do not want a driver they said they wanted a hired car and so Mr Xolie Mpeqeka, his number is 0836968598who is an agent who organised them a transport and said to us that my brother needs to drive the around the whole day and he did took them back to the airport at 5 am Friday morning. This guy said the bank was full on thurs& Friday, then he said he was going to transfer the money by fet Friday, then he said he did it sat afternoon, Then I spoke to him yesterday he said he transferred R1000 of which I told him R1500 is what is fair and that he should email proof of payment and he has not done that. He is not answering my calls, boyfriend or my brother. Please assist. My brother transported to ladies who went to a meeting in the Department of Education.
