I'm so disappointed with the Florida license department, both from a staff member and her supervisor. I wrote my learners on the 08/05/2013 and passed it, in the queue to pay for its issuing the supervisor called me very rudely to the side telling me that I provided an incorrect ID. Baffled and confused before I could even answer him he walked off, I ran after him when he went to the lady who doesthe bookings only to find that she captured my ID number incorrectly as we are required to produce our original I'd books upon registration. He then changed his tone of voice, embarrassed but not apologising or empathising with me and told me that his got 2 options for me, to either accept my learners with the wrong ID or wait for 6 months for their helpdesk to correct their mistake. When I asked why I should suffer for their mistake he said there's nothing they can do, even the minister of transport couldn't help me with this. He then went off to a meeting taking all my documents with him, I waited for him him for an hour and eventually yet home. I'm not sure who will receive this but may someone please assist me as I need my learner or i'll be out of a job soon as my employer wants it.
