ABSOLUTE STUPIDITY

I am really sick and tired of being ripped off by SARS.
Their telephone service and manners are absolutely pathetic.
Their agents do not even listen to you when you speak, they speak over you.
Now I see why this country will never ever progress out of the Third World.
