SARS
Poor service

After I filled my tax returns I was in formed that I owe SARS, which I paid to an amount of about R20 000. I later visited SARS offices and I was informed that in was a mistake, but the payment was never refunded. Last year the same occurred but the problem was resolved. This year same thing again, I'm tired now. Please help.
