Debit order went of to early as instructed

I have instructed Capfin about my Salary date of the 25th of each month and instructed them to debit my account the following working day after my salary date.
On the 24th June they have debited my account earlier and now I have to pay a penalty of R120 for insufficient funds in my account.
This is unfair that I have to pay the penalty due to them deducted the debit order to early.
