Falsely charge for a contract not signed

Trudon has charge me for a contract that I did not confirm or signed. I spoke to their online account Ref: 12841623, they played me a recording of one of my employees, confirming our info, but specifically ask to confirm it with me the account holder. My employee gave my email address and twice said that they must confirm with me. They did not phone me or emailed me to confirm the contract. I did not confirm at all.
In January 2013 I notice that there is a charge on my Telkom account. I phoned their customer care line, they said I must email my problem to their customer care department. I emailed them on 17 January 2013, 23 January 2013 and 19 March 2013 and no reply. No one wants to help me and they now have added interest on the monies I have not paid and still up to today hold me responsible for something I did not agreed to. I want to be refunded immediately. There is no response from their side, thus NO customer care.
