Utter disappointment

Good Housekeeping magazine held an event on 28 Sept 2012. I was fortunate to win a Tekkie Town voucher of R500. I gave the prize assistant my details so that they could contact me.

On 8 Oct 2012 I emailed GH to find out why no-one had contacted me. I received a response on the same day from Michelle Merryweather (Group Events Manager) apologising for the delay. She requested Zeenat Shaikjee (Events Co-ordinator) to follow up with me which she did, however nothing happened. To date it still hasn't.

I have initiated emails from 8 Oct querying the promised delivery of the voucher which initially got 'lost in the mail' to finally being told that the supplier didn't contact me.

On 12 Mar 2013 I emailed Michelle again telling her I won't renew my subscription & will be contacting HelloPeter. I received apologies & a promise to correct the issue. Excerpt of Zeenat's email: "Thank you for your consideration, I will put something fabulous together on our side and inform you of the content in this regard. We will arrange for this to be delivered directly to you as a matter of urgency."

My last email to Zeenat on 14 Mar 2013 agreeing to her suggestion has not been followed up.
