Since Monday, 11 March 2013 I do not receive a newspaper at home. This despite my subscription being fully up to date. We have now phoned the call centre on SIX occasions, with no luck. This from a newspaper that has no qualms about sensationalising ineptness and incompetence of other persons and entities in their daily reporting.
I have seldom in my life experienced such incompetence.
