Unauthorized billing

I've cancelled my Beeld subscription a couple of months ago and stopped receiving the newspaper. Problem is that I still get billed for it. It has been taken up with the local agent, who have given it through to the accounts department (repeatedly) but I still end up paying for a paper I don't receive. Please help!
