2x debit from my bank acc and no paper delivered

I wrote on hello peter previously (january 2013) regarding this complaint. A telephonic sale from Avusa media for month to month paper subscription however I have never received the paper. I did call and complain about this several times and was told i could not get a refund for my 2 x debits that came of my bank account. Since complaining on hello Peter, I was quite promptly contacted by Avusa Media and told that I would get a refund and that I would be contacted telephonically regarding this. I have to date not heard from anybody from Avusa media since that call. I am disappointed with the service and broken promise from this company. i have spoken to many people regarding this and have found that I am not the only one who has had their account debited and no paper delivered.
