Bad customer service and refusal to pay a refund

In 2012 I was approach by a Avusa call centre agent with an offer to subscribe to their newspaper that will be delivered on every week and they will deduct a fee of R98.00 rands per month, which I agreed to. But what followed the first month no paper was delivered but the fee was deducted in my account, so I follow up with them about non delivery. They promise investigate the matter with they regions delivery person and I gave them time to do so. The second month passed no paper was delivered again my account was deducted. I called them again but to cancel the agreement as they failed to update me and fix the problem.

I thought everything agreed on will be adhere to, as to terminate the agreement so I left them at that. To my surprise eleven month after the' ve been continuing deducting my account. When I contact they to stop the transactions and refund my account they refuse, stating that I only complained once and that was not sufficient .to cancelled the subscription. What surprises it that in those eleven month no papers was delivered still, I subsequently stopped the deductions in the bank and requested my refunds and this has been fruitless exercise.
