Charged for a subscription 2 x debits but no pape

An indian lady from Avusa media called to sell me a month to month paper subcription that is charged at half the price you pay in the store. She said that the subcription could be cancelled at any time. My account was debited of R45 rand or so but o paper. I called and complaint and requested a refund and immediate cancellation that very day the debit came off and I was told my complaint was being uplifted to management however in the interim 2 weeks later Avusa takesa second debit from my account inspite of my complaint. I was told when i called once again that I cannot get a refund. I have never received the paper how can they take money from me
