My former land lord's Telkom account has been debited by Trudon from 2011 in my name. How can they debit a Telkom line that doesn't belong to me? I have called them several time and they keep on asking that I make a written submission by email and all I get is an acknowledgement.

When I told the representative that contacted me I had never signed a contract, she told me who the advert was placed with, the date on which this was done and that the recording was available for me to listen to. As I understand a voice recording does not constitute a contractual obligation without the supporting paperwork.
