When my son was born, 9 years ago, I subscribed to the Disney collection. Later on a ordered the Osborne collection. In October 2012 a rep phoned me and asked if I wanted to order anything and I declined. On 20 Nov I noticed a transaction on my credit card for them and I contacted them. The woman on the phone was very rude and told me I needed account detail - which I submitted. They told me they only picked up stuff from 2010! I contacted my bank and reported a transaction. I told them I didn't want anything else. Yet, they sent me a yearly calendar in December and then debit my account with R150.02?
