Deducted more than normal

I subscribed to the Animal Farm in 2012. Every month a debit order goes off with an amount of R239 for the 4 books i receive each month. When i woke up on 1 May, i had received an sms from my bank to say that a debit order amount of R399 went off. I immediately phoned Jacklin to be advised that the reason why extra went off was due to the debit order not being processed the previous month due to a system error on their side. They therefore deducted for 2months worth of books - they said they are only allowed to deduct up to an amount of R400 and the balance of R80 would come off end of May with my normal subscription.
I checked my bank statements - and there was a debit order that came of EVERY month. I called back to and the guy then said that there is an outstanding amount of R120. When i said that the previous person told me R80 - he very quickly changed the story.
I asked for a breakdown of my account - he said he couldnt do that. After alot of shouting and 10min of being put on hold, he said he would send it.
I never received anything. I sent an email to Jacklin Enterprises - STILL nothing!

I am frustrated and have every right to check that im not being over!!
