Breach of Contract

I featured in one of "Joe Public's" billboard advert late 2012 for the MMC campaign, the client was John Hopkins. As per the contract, the billboard was to be used for 4 months. The billboards went up early last year, Feb/March in Guateng, MP, Free State and KZN .Clearly it has been more than 4 months. I have contacted Joe Public about 5 times in total and have been given the answer "we'll check and get back to you". The last of such was last week by Thuli who has not gotten back to me yet.
