IN BOX Cleared for no reason

A few days ago my IN BOX was cleared of all it's history. I submitted a request for assistance to the Support Centre with no response; and have followed-up with an additional 2 e-mails. Since then it has been cleared once more. I rely on the history being kept for a lot of contact and detail information, personal, professional and financial.
I know that they can not be held accountable because of their disclaimer but if the service can not be relied on then their advertisers should be warned that people will switch to other e-mail services. It's not like there is a shortage of these.
Obviously I would prefer to stick to what I know but then they need to stick to their service level of 24-48 hours.
Some kind of response would be nice but their current lack of response just indicates indifference.
