For the past 4 weeks we have not receved the Sunday Times and Times.
Spoken to Diane, Grace and others.
They ensured me that they are investigating and will get back to me. Still waiting
Im just fed up with their. Total useless service.

Tried to speak to the MANAGER Ethel and it seems that the calls are blocked to her. She is forever in a meeting.
This will make for good journalism reporting - the non delivery of service of this paper.
Get your act together as standards are dropping.
