I AFRICA TRANSCRIPTIONS = USELESS SERVICE

In November we as a Law firm ordered an urgent transcription from I Africa here in Pretoria. We faxed and email them several times during December and this month January. There incompetence is of such a nature that if you phone them they are unable to assist you as there response results to "yes we are busy with it". What don't they understand about the term " URGENT"?
