INCORRECT DEBITS

I have a membership with planet fitness... i absolutely love the gym. But the incompetence of the accounts department is appauling. The whole of last year i had problems with them debiting my account incorrectly. it got to a point where i then decided i would pay cash before the 15/20 of every month to avoid them even having to send out debits to my bank. Fine that worked until December 2013 where i made two payments for December in November (one being for levies ofcourse) and i came back in December to pay January, and on Wednesday paid for February. I dont understand why i still get debited even though i make payments before the 15th of each month. and to top it all, the website communication tool is useless as i have lodged compaints and still no response. I have used the tool at the club itself with no response
