I have 2 files hanging with Lipco, one is over a month old and if the assigned lawyer is not on leave, she resigns and the case is passed from one person to the next but nothing is being done.

Another file is over 2 weeks old, I am in need of VERY URGENT assistance - once again the file is given to someone who phones me on a Friday afternoon 16h30 and when I email her details of the problem, her auto response says she'll be back in the office on the 26th of Feb. I need urgent help NOW! I have asked the manager to assist, he responded 2 days later saying he is aware of me, and will get back to me. It's yet another 2 days later.

I am faithfully paying my membership fees on time, but when I require assistance, nothing is being done. How can I pay for something and not get the service I am paying for?

PLEASE GET YOUR ACTS TOGETHER.

I have told you a million times my cellphone reception at work is not always great, email me back, or try my landline number, don't just assume you have the wrong number when it cuts off. There are many alternatives. Use them.
