Efusing to return money that is not theirs

In September I accidently deposited an amount of R10687.76 which was meant for another beneficiary. The error was discovered only three months later. The owners of the Fordsburg Community newspaper were called and asked if they could reverse the money. Initially they made promises they would but then later became arrogant and rude and refused to return the money, to date now for months after they must have seen the error on their banking slip no refund has been made
