Excellent service regarding a faulty transaction

My wife shopped at the Eikestad Mall branch. Somehow the credit card machine wouldn't put the purchase through and she left without any goods. Later we discovered the transaction was put through twice but we didn't receive any goods.
My wife went back to the store 4 weeks later. They kept record of her failed purchase and the goods at the store. My wife opted for a refund (it's after all after Christmas already) and they promptly passed a refund to her credit card.
The staff was very helpful and friendly.

We will definitely continue to shop at Bargain Books.
