I subscribe to the company for the Billy bones subscription

I am very unhappy and will take this further if I am not provided with the completed 34 issues

When I first started purchasing Billy Bones from CNA, the first edition stated that there was 34 issues

I then changed to Jacklin for convenience

As I mentioned to the consultant the first time I called thru, I never got an introduction letter. I still have not received a letter from yourselves

Now we have gone past the 34 issues and still no completion of the skeleton

I have budgeted to conclude my skeleton by 34 issues and I expect to do exactly that

I call your call centre today only to find out that the publishers have extended this to 80 issues

This is a rip off. I do have have the money to pay R8000 for a skeleton

I believe that this is against my rights as a consumer and it is false advertising . you advertised and stated in bold that there are 34 issues

I expect a full refund ASAP including those purchased from CNA

I await your response
