Bad attitude

I still after 12 weeks have not gotten my winning for the Avios competition that i won on Jacaranda, but I am now having to deal with a very rude lady named Samantha Naidoo from accounts payable at Kagiso Media.
After having told Stephen that all was in order for my payout, she now sends me a nasty email telling me that reason i have not been paid out is because I am not compliant. It has taken her 5 weeks to figure out that she needed another document from me??? I have resent all documents but have had no response.
This is absolutely ridiculous. and trying to even get a hold of her is a mission.
Tried the switchboard and direct line and nothing. Really guys. What next?
