Useless supplie

I have been ordering hard copies as well as digital magazines for a while now, with renewall this year all went sour, wrong amounts charged, not receiving the ordered bundle, wrong amounts on mysubs ordering menu, no and delayed response from customer care, only automated response with a promise of rapid reaponce, then after days and weeks a long soppy story of overload complains and delayed response excuses which I couldn't care less about, with the same reply as the previous 6 emails and not answering my querry, not sure if your staff are just incompotend, if they think I am an or if they just don't care!!!?!!!

I find media 24 useless and you need to he reminded who and what a customer is, those people bying your magazines and paying your salries...
