Bad Attitude / Not paying back Refund

We placed an order with Hugh for 2 pull up banners. We settled the invoice in FULL. After a few days we contact him to find out when we will receive our banners. His answer "Oh Sorry, we cant do them". Hugh didnt even bother calling us to inform us not being able to do the posters. We had a deadline and had to make a differnt arrangement.

We have called Hugh but he ALLWAYS has a lame excuse as to why he cannot refund us eg I have to ask my accounts department, I am not in the office.he also has a habit of disconnecting the call while in conversation

He has now decided to ignore our calls and emails alltogether.

I dont know how these people run a business as HUGH doesnt even know his office number.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE UNETHICAL AND EXTEMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
