Uild the HMS Victory

I subscribed to the Build the HMS victory by Digustini. I received a copy of one of the episodes with the wrong parts an essential and crucial part in 2010. I phoned them and they assured me no problem will resend you the episode. the resent it and it was the wrong one again. so I phoned them again, and they sent the wrong one again. this has been on going for nearly three years. and they still cant do it wright they didn't do quality control this product. so for three years I have bee unable to continue building this model. here is an extract from an email I have sent them to plead with them one last time.
"I am begging you please help me to get this part, because from 2010 till now, I have yet to receive this part.. If I do not receive any contact from you or your organization within the next three days, I will considering legal action. Because this was unreasonable from your side (ongoing) this was false advertising so ether please refund me for all the 120 episodes that i have paid for in trust that your service is good and the interest owing to me by you for three years, that this matter has been ongoing.!! or get me those parts please."
