DO NOT buy from these people via Groupon or othe

I paid for a canvas in June 2013 and as at today's date, nearly 6 months later I have not received my canvas. I must have phoned 20 times and they just tell me they will phone back but they never do. I spent 30 minutes on hold at Groupon to find out about getting a refund. The finally told me that they have paid The Print Shop and they cannot refund me. To date I don't think the canvas has even been printed. I am going to small claims court if I don't get it by 13 December. This has become a matter of principle.
