UNLAWFUL CHANGE OF CONTRACT

We signed a contract for EWYD which is what we can afford. Then the next week we get inundated with calls that w must change 'cos there has been lots of queries on our number. We declined and they still changed us over to the EWYO system. Repeatedly sent emails and when checked on the portal saw that the case was closed the same day as my first email was sent, even though the responding emails stated that the transcripts will be forwarded to us. Now every time I try to call neither the manager or sales person is not available. I made a pact that unless they solve this matter before 15 November the deal will be cancelled. Still no response???
