Not delivering on promises after promising service

I was initially on the EWYD option and then shortly after signing the contract I was called several times by the company's representatives trying to get me to switch to EWYO. I refused saying that I was happy on the contract I signed with. This did not deter them and I kept receiving calls from the company reps trying to convince me to change my contract. I eventually gave in when I was told that they would assist me with setting up a site which I can use. Needless to say the site is still not available anywhere and in addition I was told I could advertise on sites like OLX and GUMTREE and again with their assistance. I am not happy with the post sales service nor the failure to deliver on their promises.
