I keep getting disconnected by Telkom for a residential home line with ADSL that should cost R219 a month. My monthly bill is R1000 a month because it includes a white pages listing for some company called "Naheens Driving School" - I am obviously not Naheens Driving School, never heard of them. Telkom accounts department told me in February when I first complained that there is nothing they can do and I must deal with Trudon. They gave me a customer care telephone number. Well this is where the drama started. I was told oh shame we will fix this issue immediately. Did anything happen - no. Again I was billed and disconnected by Telkom for having an overdue account - so I had to pay reconnect and settle the account - back to Trudon in May. Oh shame we will fix it - They got me reconnected the same day - for which I was billed again. August - disconnected again. Still not resolved! Promised that I would be refunded, have the account fixed and promised to refund me all disconnection and interest fees. Got a single disconnect refund and still paying for Naheen??? I do not know what more to do? No one can resolve this account, it has cost me a fortune in fees and time wasted!!
