Poor service and comunication

I subscribed to the yellow pages and the internet services for a set amount, the main reason i chose to subscribe to this deal was for the internet web page where my business details could be updated and changed easily as my business grew, so they told me... after a couple of months and as my business grew and developed so did my needs to advertise and change my details.. and I contacted them twice by email, and nothing happened for about 8 months until they needed to get the new listings and contracts for the new year..they didn't even email me any invoices or changes to price changes or ask my permission to change or add services to my account!!! Please help.
