Photographer breach of contract and no remorse

Our wedding photographer was late for our wedding. We made a plan and had family and friends take photos. When she arrived we said that we would cover her travel expenses but she was late and we expected her to refund us for a service not provided. She has not apologised for her actions and has failed to refund us, for a service not delivered.
