Parcel not received yet it was sent via speedmail

In September 2012, I sent my daughters homework in for marking via SPEEDMAIL, package was damaged and did not get to its location and my Parcel was lost for a whole Month, finally they tracked it down, my daughters books could not be marked, was charged charged for posting it, was given a number by Boksburg Norths post office to complain, phoned in, they said they would get back to me but until today nothing... had to climb in my car and drive all the way to Roodepoort to fetch the books. and now on again a similar thing happened, on the 12/02/2013 the college posted the new years books which again im charged, and it stilllll hasnt arrived, i took the tracking nr to the post office just to find out that there is a strike so mail is being held back, so in other words i could have gone picked it up, then y daughters school work would of been up to date. i get charged more or less R300 for SPEEDMAIL twice and yet no delivery, why pay for SPEEDMAIL when you can pay cheaper for normal mail. and not to mention the petrol money i had to use when the books went missing last year. this is a disgrace, bad service...
