Incorrect billing of our Telkom telephone account has happened for the second time in a year. I want you people to sort it out once and for all, and if our telephone and ADSL line gets disconnected because of you, I will be taking this further. Make sure you rectify this and pass all the necessary credits due, or else you will have all h.ell to pay.
