Unauthorised billing

This happened in January 2013 already. Trudon phoned us for an advertisement and my business partner said it sounded good but had to discuss the matter with me first. Nothing was confirmed and they went ahead and invoiced us the first time in February 2013.

I asked them to reverse the charges but I received another statement in July 2013 for which I said to Trudon that nothing was confirmed and they should reverse it.

Then yesterday, 8 August 2013, I received another statement.

What I cannot understand is that they give you the option to reply to the email and then nothing happens, they just keep asking for payment???

What an absurd company. They are completely and utterly useless when it comes to customer support and they don't listen.

I don't know if they will do anything about this matter now that it is listed here because they are ignorant when it comes to email. They are very quick to invoice for services NOT required but so slow when they have to respond to reversals. Keep this up and you won't have any companies to list in your yellow and white pages.
