No cooperation from Rapport to solve problem

The Rapport had been delivered to my house since the end of 2011 after telephonic marketing from Rapport. There were problems with the delivery of the paper from the beginning. On 25 November 2012 and 2 December 2012 respectively, the Rapport was not delivered. Upon my inquiry, on 3 December 2012, on why the paper was not delivered, a Rapport employee, Henrika, told me that my account was in arrears and that the last payment was received on 28 September 2012. I faxed her the proof of payments done on 29 October 2012 and 26 November 2012. Apparently, additional to my account being in arrears, I paid an insufficient amount. I have, to this day, not received a statement from Rapport, nor any correspondence that there was a price increase. I asked Henrika to email me a statement in order for me to see the current standing of my account. Needless to say, she did not email me anything. I emailed Rapport on 18 December 2012 and 8 January 2013, stating the above events and, again, requested a statement. Clearly, there is a problem here, and I have done everything in my power to try to rectify the problem, with absolutely no cooperation whatsoever from Rapport. This is pathetic, to say the least.
