Rapport delivery pathetic

From the beginning of December 2012 our Rapport delivery has been late/non existent. I have been in contact with Media24 and On the Dot, the delivery company to be given one of the following excuses:
1. We can't find delivery people.
2. The previous delivery coordinator committed and refused to pass along the customer lists.
3. We will sort all problems out by the end of the month (June).
and so on, as a customer I do not want to hear excuses I just want decent customer service.
I called the person responsible for the area (Suzelle) at 12 today to ask where the paper was, she told me that she had a new delivery person and he completed the round early and that she will get back to me. Three hours later after no feedback I called her again and she ignored my call. We have been subscribers for 20 years and expect better service than this.
In February when I complained to Media24 in Cape Town the person whose email is listed in the newspaper for subscriptions she did not have the decency to respond to my email so I suppose I can't expect any decent service from this company. I WILL BUY THE SUNDAY TIMES FROM NOW ON.
